(Appear to be thread-like pattern after soaking in water for hours)

 

How to serve

  1. Soak the Xueyan in clean water for 6 hours. Then put into stewing pot with some more water.
  2. Stew for 10 minutes.
  3. Add milk and crystal sugar (冰糖) and stew for another 5 minutes

The best tea

I started drinking this tea when I wanted to conceive and it helped my hormones and overall mood so much. I mixed in pineapple juice and apple cider vinegar and chia seeds. It also helps with pms! I love this tea and I swear by it.
