This is a 500g Yunnan Anning Haiwantea Ripe Pu Erh Cake, Lao Tong Zhi(Old Comrades) tea, manufatured in 2014, model "Shen Shan Lao Shu". "Shen Shan Lao Shu" means "old trees deep in high mountains", suggesting the material is very good.
Pu Erh is one of the five main types of tea (white/green/oolong/black/Pu erh), Pu erh tea stands apart with its uncommonly soft earthy flavor and woodsy tones. Unlike all other teas, Pu erh (pronounced 'poo-err') is actually aged. The tea leaves go through a natural fermentation process before the tea is gently dried. This creates a cup with zero astringency and deep, rich body. Pu erh is extraordinarily smooth and deeply refreshing.
The tea taste just like the tea in a Chinese restaurant. Delicious. Will purchase again.

Great Quality and Taste
This stuff is AMAZING right before bed, pinch of cinnamon, dash of turmeric, pinch of ginger, splash of honey, splash of oat milk in this super AWESOME tea and I am right to sleep. I have struggled my entire life falling asleep.
Thank you very much for your review.

Good tea like always
I like the taste of this tea and having it as a milk tea is the best whether in morning or afternoon with mint biscuits or chocolate.
