材料：金蝉花3-5只，西洋参3-5g

做法：1，金蝉花洗净淋干备用

2，将金蝉花和西洋参一起放入炖盅内，加入适量水，隔水慢火炖3小时，即可食用

金蝉花老鸭汤：

材料：金蝉花5-8只，老公鸭半只，姜4-5片，料酒，盐少许

做法：1，金蝉花洗净淋干备用

2，老鸭洗净，切块，备用

3，将金蝉花，老鸭，姜片一起放入砂锅内，产加适量料酒，水，文火炖3个小时以上，食用时加适量盐即可。
